We are proud to introduce the Oak Valley Hospital Board of Directors, a dedicated group of local leaders committed to guiding our mission and ensuring the highest standards of care for our community.
Dan Cummins
Chairperson
Mr. Cummins is a retired Fire Captain and Paramedic. Part-time instructor at Modesto Junior College. A resident of the Oakdale Community since 1971. Mr. Cummins was elected to the Board in 2010.
Francis Krieger
Vice Chair
Francis Krieger’s family moved to Oakdale in 1960. She has worked in the banking industry, as a Purchasing Department Supervisor for Stanislaus County, and is the owner of Fran Krieger Insurance Agency in Oakdale. Ms. Krieger was elected to the Board in 2022.
Edward Chock MD
Secretary
A physician specializing in general, thoracic and vascular surgery, Doctor Chock has had a private practice in Oakdale for 38 years. He served on the Board from 1990-1997 and re-elected since 2007.
Danielle Sanders
Director
Danielle Sanders is a fourth-generation resident of Oakdale and is deeply committed to the well-being of the community. With extensive experience as a realtor and a strong record of community involvement, Danielle brings valuable local connections and insight into the area’s unique needs.
Sara Shipman
Director
Sara Shipman is a longtime resident of Oakdale. A dedicated professional, Sara is a well-respected REALTOR® and successful businesswoman. Ms. Shipman was elected to the Board in 2024.

Meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. and are open to the public.
Meeting dates may change due to schedule conflicts such as legal holidays.
