Registered Nurse

As an RN I hate going to the ER, but the pain was excruciating. I was triaged within 20 minutes. Very to the point, even labs ordered during triage. I waited approx 2.5 hours in lobby – which is pretty exceptional for an ER. I was brought back to a room, an IV placed, pain meds administered, CT scan completed. It  turns out I had an ovarian cyst. Not life-threatening. The staff were competent and kind.

Gayle J

Modesto, CA

My husband went to the ER for blood in his urine. After a lot of tests, he was admitted with sepsis. While we were waiting for the tests to come back a nurse brought us lunch. The care he received was excellent! He had the same physician for the entire week. They were quick to diagnose him, put him on very strong IV antibiotics and fluid.  Upon discharge, he was so patient and explained everything to me. He also gave all the instructions typed up for reference in case I forgot anything. Impressive!
