Reporting to the CNO/VP of Nursing, the House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing throughput and flow of patients by serving as a liaison between nursing staff, managers, administration, and ancillary departments during assigned shifts.
This role ensures safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery, coordinates staffing, supports clinical teams, and acts as a liaison between departments to maintain continuity of care and operational excellence.

Job Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of a RN School of Nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred
- National Certification in related specialty preferred
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Experience should be in ER, OR, ICU or equivalent critical care environment
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current AHA PALS or ENPC
Exempt Salaried position pay: $145,000 -176,800 per year
