Licensed Vocational Nurse

Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a dynamic Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Nursing and Rehab Center who will embrace our mission, vision, and values. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Vocational Nurse II assesses patient/family health problems and resources. Assists in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.

This position requires providing care and/or service to a critically through acutely ill adult and geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited LVN School of Nursing
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current California LVN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Three years of experience is preferred
• IV Therapy Certification

Pay: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour
