Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a dynamic certified Operating Room Technician for our Surgical Services department who will embrace our mission, vision, and values. Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the assigned area. Performs duties under the general direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager or Registered Nurse. Responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the scope of practice. The OR Tech is an individual who has received basic education and training to qualify to function in delineated areas of patient care in the surgical services department.
This position requires providing service to a one or more age populations including an ill pediatric, adult through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/ developmental age of the individual served.

Job Requirement
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in an acute care surgery or GI/Endoscopy Suite department preferred
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Current AHA BLS
- CRCST (within one year of hire)
Pay: $19.50 – $27 per hour
