Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a dynamic Purchasing Clerk for our Purchasing Department who will embrace our mission, vision, and values.

The Purchasing Clerk performs a variety of activities related to hospital supplies and forms maintenance. Fills and delivers orders as requested; assist with routine purchases; maintains copy machine supplies and maintenance requisitions; assists with department administrative and clerical tasks. Gathers data and assists staff in achieving appropriate forms design; acts as liaison between requesting departments and outside print companies; accurately maintains and keeps up to date in-house forms inventory, files and catalogs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate
- Minimum 1 years of Healthcare Materials or other related Supply Chain field
- Knowledge of MSDS
- Able to type 40 wpm
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Able to speak, write and read English fluently
- Consistently follows verbal and written instructions
- Able to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
- Valid CA driver’s license
Salary: $20.50-25.00/hour
