This service is available to patients that are assigned to Oak Valley Community Health Centers through their insurance companies.

Instead of traveling to a clinic or hospital, you can connect with your provider through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. It’s a convenient, confidential, and effective way to receive care—especially for routine check-ins, follow-ups, mental health support, and more.

- Schedule Your Appointment – Just like an in-person visit, call to book a time that works for you.
- Receive Your Secure Link – Before your appointment, we’ll send you a secure link via text or email.
- Join Your Virtual Visit – At your scheduled time, click the link on your phone or device with a camera and microphone. You’ll be connected to your provider through a secure video call.
- Get the Care You Need – Your provider will discuss your symptoms, answer questions, provide medical advice, and can even send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy if needed.
